Mr. Kennedy graduated magna cum laude from Wichita State University in 1978 in the top 2% of his BBA graduating class with an emphasis in accounting. He immediately went to work for a national public accounting firm and earned his C.P.A. designation in the minimum time frame allowed by the state of Kansas at that time.

From 1981 through 1992, Mr. Kennedy worked at two different companies in private industry.

His positions included Comptroller, Financial Analyst, Treasurer, and Chief Financial Officer. His last position included taking a company public.

In 1992, Mr. Kennedy resigned his position as Chief Financial Officer in order to purchase a business in Colorado Springs . Mr. Kennedy expanded the business and sold it 3 years later for approximately 3 times the purchase price.

In 1997, Mr. Kennedy went to work with a national professional employer organization as Chief Financial Officer and assisted in the sale of two of its offices. During his tenure there and in partnership with the CEO of the company he worked with, Mr. Kennedy began investing in real estate as well as other high yield cashflow instruments. These investments have resulted in superior returns since 1998. Most of these transactions have been for his own account and for a handful of private investors. Mr. Kennedy now manages these investments and provides consulting services on related subjects on a full-time basis.

Mr. Kennedy currently holds both a Certified Public Accountant designation and an active real estate license in the state of Colorado.
